Ultimate Paint is a full-featured 32-bit Windows graphics program for image creation, viewing and manipulation. In the latest trial version all basic functionality can be used without limitations. In addition we have also introduced a new freeware version.
UP supports JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PCX, AVI (reading only), TGA, WMF/EMF, ICO (reading only), IFF/LBM and WAP BMP image formats and Twain compatible scanners. You can easily print your image, setting its size, position and orientation.

It has a flexible brush handling method which encourages creative drawing. It's similar to what good old Deluxe Paint had, so if you're familiar with DP, you will love Ultimate Paint. You can also retouch and enhance photos using a comprehensive set of built-in tools and plug-ins. Features include resizing, rotating, flood filling, text operations and a lot more. Comes with dozens (more than a hundred!) of cool plug-in filters, and Adobe plug-ins are also supported. All pictures are handled 24 bit.
The user interface is adjustable to the user's experience level, thus both novice users and experts can use it conveniently.

It's cheap, easy to use and has some features that put the expensive programs to shame. Has a superb image and effects browser, too. Ultimate Paint can produce some excellent images and is ideal for anyone who wants to get up and running quickly, without any steep learning curve. I feel like you're doing justice to the legacy of the DeluxePaint program and I'm very pleased to be a customer! Maybe I'm just old-fashioned but, I really like the interface of your program. I have used other programs and find myself always using UP in conjunction them, and often instead of them, for its speed, ease of use and superior filter system.That program kicks ass! Much better than I imagined it would be. The YUV Intensify filter is exceptional, what a very useful tool. I use a digital camera a lot, that filter is GREAT. UP has some of the best tools and excellent filters. It easily ranks as one of the best image processing tools available, and I have tried lots of them. If cost is the bottom line the price/performance ratio puts Ultimate Paint at the top of the pack! And if that's not enough the product support is as good as it gets.
